The Scene is back at the Tabard Theatre in Chiswick and this time round – it’s a festival.
Proving to be a hugely popular event, we have now collaborated with the theatre itself to bring the audiences in this corner of London more of what they want.
We will be presenting 30 short pieces across the 5 nights of this New Writing bonanza. The amount of talent we have had to pull together to make this happen is more than you could comfortably fit in a camper van. Aside from our prolific scribes, we have engaged the services of 10 directors and no less than 32 actors to take on multiple scripts and roles across the event.
We will be rehearsing throughout July and gathering in the theatre from the 31stJuly to the 4thAugust to bring you what we’ve worked on. Each night will platform 6 of the 30 scripts. Whichever night you come on, you’re guaranteed to be impressed with the quality of the writing and performances you see.
