As the year draws to a close, we just wanted to wish everyone a very restful and safe Holiday Season.
We were so moved by the resilience of the theatre world across 2020. Blown away by the sheer spine our industry revealed itself to have. We hope that - like us - you are proud to be part of and supporting a community who against all odds found a way to keep moving forward in 2020.
We were thrilled to be able to offer a collective focus to our creative associates who had written and worked on the stage versions of these PodPlays. We threw ourselves in to learning about podcasting platforms, analytics and the art of engineering sound to make it seem as if you are on a train, in the South of France, bouncing on a Space Hopper.
Pivot and Adapt were the buzz words of the year and we’d like to thank everyone who was involved in our efforts to do just that with The Scene Podcast - our answer to Lockdown fatigue and anxiety. The podcast was something we had always wanted to do and so, presented with a bit of extra time, we knew we should seize the opportunity and channel our energies into making it happen.
We teamed up with the very wonderful Janno Media and 100 Zoom calls later, season 1 of The Scene Podcast was mewling at our feet and enjoying great reviews on Apple Podcasts and Spotify…
